The Baxter Team has been GREAT! They knew exactly what needed to be done and when it needed to be done. They held our hand on this deal from start to finish. They answered every phone call we put into them promptly as well. Also they had all of the contacts we needed related to work needed on the house. We closed two days ago and we have had workers in the house already and they are doing a great job.
